When to Buy Your Airline Tix to Europe (BEST and Heidelberg Students)

Dear BEST and Heidelberg Students: 

You may purchase your ticket at any time, however we highly suggest that you do not buy it quite yet.  Prices will typically fall 6 to 10 weeks before your departure date, so that will be the best time to buy.  STA Travel and Student Universe have some really good deals on airfare, but right now they are showcasing their spring break fares.

To illustrate, airfare to Germany is currently about $1,475 round trip.  In the past few years prices dropped below $1,000 round trip for the dates of the Heidelberg Program (which coincide with BEST).

Welcome back to the Spring 2011 semester!

Welcome back, and have a great spring semester! 

Two of our summer 2011 programs have been filled, namely the BEST program and the Heidelberg program.  BEST has a very long waiting list and it's unlikely that if you were to be added to the list at this point you'd actually get in.  Heidelberg, however, has a shorter waiting list with just a few students on it... here, your chances are better.  There is still space in our China program.  So... think about it!  Contact kharich@fullerton.edu for the Heidelberg program and bxiao@fullerton.edu for the China program.  We will be happy to hear from you!
